Arrive as scheduled and on time
Value customer care and communication
Pride in your work and attention to detail
Clean and professional appearance
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly
Comfortable crawling, bending, and working in tight spaces
Basic tool knowledge
HVAC Installation Skills
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
Furnaces
Heat Pumps & Air Conditioning Systems
Mini Split Heat Pumps (including branch boxes)
Linesets
Duct Systems & Venting
Gas Piping
Schedule
Monday – Friday (flexibility with approval)
Start Time: 7:30 AM (morning meeting & truck loading)
Work begins at our main office in Downtown Puyallup; job sites vary across the Puget Sound
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $28–$38 per hour DOE, with contract
Wage reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance
PTO: 7 days after 90 days of employment
Medical insurance available or reimbursement toward cost (partial to full coverage)
Bonus and overtime opportunities
