Our company handles calls for cell phone companies, colleges, universities, trade schools, banking, and credit card companies etc. If hired, you will be calling/taking calls from customers to arrange repayment of their overdue bill by phone. We are looking for candidates who can provide positive customer service experience, and work with consumers by phone to solve their debt obligations.No experience? No problem!We teach you everything you need to know during our basic training program. Our university style training will help prepare you for the position. After basic training you can take other courses through our in-house university that will help enrich your career!We ask that you come prepared to learn and ready for success!Preferred Skills

We are 5 minutes from Farmingdale State College and Costco!HoursWe operate from 8am-9pm Monday-Friday, and 8am-4pm on Saturdays.ScheduleChoose a schedule that works for you!We do offer shift flexibility, meaning you are able to select the shifts and other days you plan to work based on your availability, and the needs of your future team! Full Timers are required, after training, to commit to Two (2) night shifts per week OROne (1) night shift & One (1) Saturday per weekHybridThere is the potential for Hybrid work to become available to you based on performance; 60 days AFTER training has been completed. Hybrid schedules work the following ways:
• Full Time - 3 Days in-office & 2 Days at home.
