What You'll Do:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the community
- Assist prospective residents and educate them about available housing options
- Handle rent collection and ensure timely payments
- Address and resolve resident concerns with excellent customer service
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring a well-maintained community
- Train, supervise, and support on-site staff
- Enforce community rules and regulations to maintain a positive living environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in property management or related fields preferred
- Strong ability to build rapport with residents and staff
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, leases, and housing regulations (preferred but not required)
