Key Responsibilities for BCBA Clinical Director:

• Supervise, mentor, and train BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members.
• Provide leadership in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluation of clinical staff.

Qualifications for BCBA Clinical Director:

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
