Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and ABA therapists.
- Implement, monitor, and modify treatment programs as needed.
- Collect and analyze data to ensure the effectiveness of treatment programs.
- Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent care.
- Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and industry standards.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a BCBA in Georgia.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
