QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must pass required WSP and FBI background clearance
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to physically lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds or over)
- Climb a ladder.
- Must be able to run equipment such as weed eater, hedger, and other lawn equipment.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools.
- Ability to interact effectively with others.
- Work independently in the absence of supervision.
- Understand and follow oral written instructions.
Working Conditions:
- Required to wear long pants and boots.
- The daily work is performed in an indoor and/or outdoor environment. Employees must be able to withstand exposure to high noises levels and extreme in temperature (hot cold, and rain).
