Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning tailored to diverse developmental needs
- Plan engaging lesson activities that incorporate Montessori methods, early intervention strategies, and classroom management techniques
- Provide attentive toddler care and preschool instruction, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with families, specialists in special education, and other educators to support individualized learning plans and child welfare initiatives
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly

Experience
- Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or daycare settings, including preschool or private school environments
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management for young children
- Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners
- Knowledge of Montessori methods, teaching physical education, tutoring techniques, and childhood development principles
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures related to early childhood education and assessment tools
