Major Job Functions
- Own and grow a defined healthcare sales region, with direct responsibility for: new business development, key accounts and strategic customers, and achieving revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop 3-5 Regional Sales Manager, each responsible for their own sales regions and key account assignments.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts and prospects within the Senior Living and Healthcare sectors ensuring time and effort are directed toward the highest-impact opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities, close sales and grow the Healthcare channel.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, service team and customer service, to support sales initiatives and drive customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Set and reinforce high-performance standards by maintaining open communication and modeling strong selling behaviors and customer-focused leadership.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our complete beverage platform and beverage solutions. Attend trade shows as needed.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and the customer.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives for the healthcare channel.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and market share analysis.
- 6 years of progressive sales experience with significant exposure to healthcare, non-commercial, or institutional foodservice environments.
- Prior experience leading small to mid-sized sales teams, ideally in a player-coach capacity.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong coaching capability with proven ability to develop a sales team.
- Deep understanding of healthcare/senior living market and foodservice industry.
- Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 30-40%.
- Well versed in CRM, SAP systems to include Salesforce and Power BI/Datalake
- Strong communication skills working with cross functional teams to include finance, asset management, marketing and operations
