Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently and safely
- Operate the cash register using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and receipts with precision and integrity
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are available and well-presented
- Conduct product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to boost sales
- Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store aisles, and checkout counters
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising and stocking to keep the store inviting and organized
- Follow phone etiquette standards when taking orders or assisting customers over the phone
- Assist in supervising or mentoring new team members when needed
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings if applicable
