**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ABA principles including behavior interventions, data collection, and visual analysis to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This position serves clients primarily in a clinic-based setting, with occasional hybrid in-home services.
**Duties:**
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Develop behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Implement and monitor behavior plans, adjusting strategies as needed
- Provide training to caregivers and staff on behavioral strategies
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and CBTs
- Collaboration with parents, teachers, and other providers
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes
- Familiarity with medical records management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
**Requirements**
- Hold a BCBA or BCaBA and be in good standing with the BACB
- Have or be willing to obtain a Washington LBA
- At least 6 months of case management experience preferred, however, we are willing to consider a newly certified BCBA or BCaBA for the right candidate
