Lead Garage Door Installer

Position: Full-Time — Lead Installer (Minimum 2 Years Garage Door Experience — Required)

Sunny Garage Doors is hiring an experienced Lead Installer to run our most important jobs — high-end residential, custom, and multi-door commercial installations. This is a senior field role with a real path forward: as we grow, our Leads are first in line for install manager and trainer roles. If you want to lead now and build toward more, this is that opportunity.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already knows the trade and is ready to lead.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and execute complex, high-end, multi-door, and commercial garage door installations.
• Own every job from start to finish — material verification, site walk-through, install, and a verified, cleaned, properly documented finished product.
• Direct and coordinate other installers on the job site.
• Train and develop apprentices and newer installers in the field.
• Set the standard for quality, professionalism, and efficiency on every job.

What We Need From You

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on garage door installation experience — this is required.
• Strong knowledge of torsion spring systems, sectional doors, tracks, and operator setups.
• Proven ability to run a job independently and to a high standard of quality.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and genuine pride in your craft.
• Comfortable using technology for job documentation (we run ServiceTitan — training provided).
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• A positive, team-first attitude and professional customer communication.
