Sunny Dental is looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for a part-time position, with the opportunity to transition into full-time for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a beautiful, state-of-the-art dental office equipped with the latest technology, including our own in-house dental laboratory, advanced digital equipment, and a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for every patient.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments while maintaining an efficient daily schedule.
- Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients.
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with confidence and compassion.
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage front office communications.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous dental front office experience preferred.
- Experience with dental insurance verification.
- Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
- Russian-speaking is a plus, but not required.
