HVAC Service Technician
Sunny Days Comfort is looking for a reliable, experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing family-owned company serving Broward & Palm Beach County. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants consistent year-round work with growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform AC maintenance and tune-ups
• Install and replace HVAC components including capacitors, motors, thermostats, contactors, and coils
• Troubleshoot electrical and refrigerant-related issues
• Perform duct inspections and basic duct repairs when needed
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Recommend repairs or system replacements when necessary
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with residential split systems and package units
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must be reliable, motivated, and customer-focused
