Job Summary
Sunny Brae Animal Clinic is seeking a motivated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, and serve as the first point of contact for clients and their pets. Our practice is very energetic, so being comfortable in a fast-paced environment is essential. One year of experience as a receptionist in the Veterinary field would be preferred and will get first priority. A year or more experience in an office receptionist position is a must. Compensation is dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting, checking in, and checking out clients and patients
- Answering a multiline phone system
- Data entry
- Scheduling
- Communicating with Management and entire staff
- Processing payments and managing financial transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the reception area and clinic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
