Erickson Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dependable, customer service–oriented Client Services Representative to join our experienced veterinary team. We are a busy, well-established small animal hospital open six days per week, with Saturdays dedicated to urgent care walk-in services.
The Client Services Representative plays a key role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for our clients and their pets. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other client communications
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, pricing, and policies
- Assist clients with completing required paperwork
- Process payments and handle basic financial transactions
- Maintain and update client records in electronic systems
- Coordinate with veterinary and support staff to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage client expectations calmly and respectfully
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Comfortable using electronic scheduling and medical record systems
- Basic computer and technology proficiency required
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of pets is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
