This is a customer-facing appointment-setting position inside a busy retail environment.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage customers inside a retail store
- Start friendly, professional conversations
- Share basic information about roofing and solar benefits
- Identify interested customers and schedule free home consultations
- Enter and track appointments in our system
- Meet weekly appointment goals
- Represent Iron Peak with professionalism and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Ability to stand during shifts
