Sunlink Energy is a private, fast-growing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company based in Gilbert, AZ. Our team is collaborative, inclusive, and focused on building a positive work environment that supports both professional growth and personal connection.


This is a high-visibility role for someone ready to dive into the heart of both sales and operation departments —where organization, communication, and coordination all collide. Yes, you’ll greet visitors and answer phones, but you’ll also be the go-to person keeping the service and dispatch engine running smoothly, ensuring our customers stay informed, and supporting operations with a range of dynamic tasks.

What you’ll actually be doing:

  • Managing front desk duties: greeting guests, answering calls, handling mail
  • Coordinating daily service schedules in our dispatch software (experience a plus, but we’ll train you)
  • Communicating with customers on scheduling, follow-ups, and service updates
  • Supporting operations with administrative and logistical tasks as needed
  • Keeping the snack room stocked and handling office supply ordering
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient office environment
