Main Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing structures to effectively promote and sell to customers.
- Track and report on all relevant information related to warranties and delivery times through the appropriate internal departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Update necessary information to track Lithium orders from Germany
- Quoting support for lead acid, lithium systems, chargers, and accessories.
- Manage demo fleet for sales team of lead acid, lithium systems and chargers.
- Manage used and surplus inventory by pushing out the inventory information to the sales team.
- Support demos with pulling data, analyzing reports and building presentations for sales team to distribute.
- Help the Sales Team maintain selector guides for all Forklifts.
- Maintain distribution/service network and map.
- Oversee the new account setup of new agent business with both US systems.
- Exhibit integrity and reliability in all job responsibilities, fostering a culture of honesty and trust.
- Laise with Customers and Sales Team to coordinate effective communication
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- College Education is recommended but not required
- Exceptional team working skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the energy industry is a plus.
