We’re hiring a professional, highly organized real estate operations manager to supervise our administrative assistants and ensure our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include maintaining new MLS listings, organizing paperwork and transaction contracts, and scheduling appointments. You’ll also be in charge of the monthly budget, purchasing office supplies when necessary, and performing basic bookkeeping duties. If you can’t wait to get started, apply now!Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000Benefits: PTO, BonusWork Schedule: 9-6 Monday-Friday - 40 hours weeklyPhone and email flexibility on weekendsCompensation:$60,000 - $75,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Maintain office equipment and re-order supplies when necessaryCreate and update MLS listings in the database and oversee the marketing materials for each listing, including social media posts, photography, signage coordination, brochure drop off, and any other necessary materialsAdapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriateManage lower-level administrative employees and ensure office protocols are followedTrack office expenses, do basic bookkeeping, and maintain the monthly budget Prepare listings for market by coordinating and scheduling vendorsManage showings and provide updatesCreate and implement all systems and processes for the officeOversee social media and marketing effortsCreate a Marketing calendar for the whole year and follow itManage emails and CRM databaseDirect office procedures and manage database and staff to make sure operations run smoothlySet up a system to collect reviews from the clients and vendorsQualifications:Real estate license preferred but not requiredMust possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft ExcelHigh school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred2 years of real estate experience supporting agents at a high levelMUST be proficient with electronic online signing docs (Skyslope). Also proficient with MLS, CRM systems, Social Media, and Google SuiteYou must have a personal vehicle you can use for work, carry insurance, and have a valid driver’s licenseAbout CompanyA client service-focused, we will do for our clients what others will not, we are a relationship company, not a transactional company.
