Equity Title & Escrow is a fast-growing title and settlement company serving the DMV area. We specialize in efficient, problem-solving closings, including investor transactions, LLC purchases, and complex title matters.
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Client Relationship Manager to help expand our network of real estate professionals and drive new business.
Position Overview
This role is focused on building relationships and generating new business by connecting with real estate agents, lenders, and investors, while also helping plan and execute events that strengthen those relationships.
The ideal candidate is:

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Real estate agents
- Loan officers
- Investors
- Conduct daily outreach (calls, texts, emails, social media)
- Attend networking events, open houses, and industry meetups
- Schedule and attend in-person meetings with potential clients
- Follow up consistently to build long-term relationships
- Promote Equity Title & Escrow’s services and value
- Track outreach, meetings, and deals in CRM or tracking system
Event Planning & Coordination
- Organize and host client engagement events such as:
- Happy hours
- Realtor classes / lunch & learns
- Investor meetups
- Coordinate logistics including:
- Invitations and promotions
- Event setup and execution
- Assist with follow-up after events to convert attendees into clients

Experience (Preferred but not Required):
