What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at SUNHOUSE LLC?
Looking for a Handyman/Maintenance person (Male or Female) who is not afraid to work and get their hands dirty.
This position is for someone who is active and likes to keep busy. Must be organized and follow instructions.
We're located in City of Delray Beach near Swinton and Linton.
Starting at $20. an hour as an independent contractor(1099) at 20 to 40(could be more) hours a week.
Will be inside and outside, must be able to handle small tasks like, leaky faucet, water plants, spray for bugs, assemble furniture, clean gutters, repair drywall, painting, tasks may vary.
Looking for someone who communicates well, has good common sense, and is reliable and trustworthy. Must be able to work alone without supervision.
You must have a good phone number to be contacted and a valid ID.
Must have own transportation.
Will run a background check.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
