- Work one-on-one with children in a play-based, naturalistic environment
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Use creative, evidence-based teaching methods like play, art, movement, and community outings
- Collect data and collaborate with your BCBA to celebrate every small success
- Support parent goals and help children thrive in home, school, and community settings

What We’re Looking For
- A passion for working with children
- Reliable, patient, and eager to learn
- Experience with children preferred
- Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certification
- Daytime, Afternoon and early evening hours available
