For some residents, evenings are when they need extra reassurance. For others, it's help getting ready for bed, safely transferring, navigating memory loss, or simply knowing someone dependable is nearby when they need them.
At Elmore Assisted Living, we're hiring weekend Caregivers for evening and overnight shifts who understand that some of the most important caregiving happens after the busiest part of the day is over.

Weekend evenings and overnights aren't just about keeping an eye on things.
You'll help residents finish their day comfortably, maintain familiar routines, and receive dependable support throughout the night.
For residents living with memory loss, that calm, familiar presence can matter even more.
And we're willing to pay more for the hours you're giving us.
Make Your Weekend Hours Worth It
- $18.00 - $22.00/hour based on experience
- $1.00/hour weekend differential
- $1.00/hour evening differential
- $1.75/hour overnight differential
- Earn up to $24.75/hour on weekend overnight shifts, based on experience

What You'll Do
Your shift may include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, and mobility
- Helping residents through evening, bedtime, and overnight routines
- Providing care in Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
- Encouraging residents to maintain as much independence as possible
- Following individualized resident care plans
- Observing changes and communicating concerns to nursing staff
- Responding when residents need assistance throughout the shift
- Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Working alongside nurses, caregivers, and community leadership
You May Already Have the Experience We're Looking For
Your background might be as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Caregiver.
Maybe you've worked in senior living, memory care, home care, a group home, skilled nursing, or another direct-care environment.
Experience is valuable, but so are patience, dependability, compassion, and the ability to remain calm when someone needs you.
When you commit to a weekend shift, residents and teammates need to know you'll be there.
One Weekend or Two? You Have Options.
Some caregivers want to work every weekend and maximize their consistent hours and differential pay.
Others want every other weekend, leaving two weekends most months completely open.
We're interested in both.
And because the weekend and evening or overnight differentials stack, those shifts can pay up to $24.75/hour, depending on your base rate and shift.
Work Close to Home in Southern Minnesota or Northern Iowa
Elmore Assisted Living sits near the Minnesota-Iowa border, creating an opportunity for caregivers on either side of the state line.
On the Minnesota side, we're especially interested in caregivers from Blue Earth, Winnebago, Easton, Frost, Bricelyn, and surrounding communities.
On the Iowa side, we're within reach of communities including Buffalo Center, Lakota, Ledyard, Swea City, Bancroft, and surrounding areas.
