Outside Sales Rep / Lead Runner – Pool Deck & Concrete Sales – Virginia Beach / Hampton Roads

Small local company specializing in high-quality pool deck resurfacing, patio resurfacing, and decorative concrete coatings in Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads.
Seeking a motivated outside sales rep / lead runner for the 757 area (part-time, somewhat flexible schedule).
Hybrid role (work from home office).
50/50 mix of company-sponsored leads and self-generated leads. Meet homeowners to design and close pool deck and concrete coating projects while maintaining an appointment schedule that coincides with customer availability (evenings/weekends included).
Ideal candidate:
- Prior sales experience preferred (home improvement, construction, pools, decks, or related) — willing to train the right person
- General light construction knowledge a plus
- Diligent self-starter
