We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused Wellness Consultant to join our team! If you enjoy connecting with people, creating great experiences, and helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and their best, this could be the perfect fit for you.

As a Wellness Consultant, you’ll be more than just a salesperson—you’ll be the friendly face of our salon, helping clients discover wellness services, tanning options, skincare products, and packages that fit their individual needs.

You’ll work closely with our team to keep daily operations running smoothly, build lasting relationships with our clients, and help us reach our goals. If you’re positive, motivated, organized, and ready to have fun while making a difference in our clients’ experience, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Welcome & WOW Our Clients: Greet every guest with a friendly smile, create a great first impression, give tours of the salon, and answer questions about our services and products.

Be a Wellness Expert: Learn about our services, tanning options, skincare products, and packages so you can confidently recommend options based on each client’s needs and goals.

Create Amazing Experiences: Get to know our clients, build relationships, and provide exceptional service that makes every visit enjoyable.

Be a Sales Superstar: Help clients discover the right packages and products while working toward individual sales goals.

Handle Sales Like a Pro: Accurately process sales, payments, and cash transactions while providing a smooth and professional checkout experience.

Keep Things Fresh & Fabulous: Complete daily product inventory counts and help keep the salon stocked, organized, and ready for our guests.

Keep It Clean: Maintain excellent sanitation standards throughout the spa and tanning rooms so every client enjoys a clean, comfortable environment.

Know Your Stuff: Learn how to operate all equipment and confidently instruct clients on proper equipment use and safe tanning practices.

Be a Team Player: Communicate with your team, jump in where needed, and help create a positive, upbeat workplace.

Crush Your Goals: Stay motivated, take ownership of your results, and work toward achieving and exceeding your individual sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

You don’t have to check every box—we’re looking for the right attitude, energy, and personality!

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

Previous sales experience is a plus

Customer service experience is a plus

Basic computer skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality

Motivated by goals and excited about opportunities to grow

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, customer-focused environment
