Job Overview
Hi, I own Sunday Pools, a small pool company in Peoria and Surprise. I'm going into my 3rd year, and I've cleaned every pool myself up to now.
I have about 60 weekly customers, and I'm looking to triple that in the next 15 months. I want to hand the weekly cleanings and ideally repairs to someone I can count on, so I can focus on bigger jobs and growing the business. You'd be my first hire. I am looking to pay well and feed you work and keep your life simple, as long as you are reliable.
It's my goal to hire someone who knows more than me / more experienced than me for this role.
The Job
- Full cleaning route completed every weekly.
- Skim, brush, empty baskets, vacuum as needed, test, and balance the water
- Keep an eye on the equipment and communicate clearly when something looks off
- Each pool takes about 10-30 minutes
The Pay
- $15 per pool, paid weekly
- Starting with 50 pools week 1, then adding stops every week with proof of quality and reliability.
- Ideally, you can help with filter cleans, drains, acid washes, and equipment swaps for extra pay
