Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and debris removal to keep pools sparkling.
- Conduct water chemistry balancing by testing pH levels, chlorine residuals, alkalinity, and other chemical parameters; adjust treatments accordingly.
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, valves, and plumbing systems to identify issues and report repairs as needed.
- Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately, following all safety protocols for chemical agent handling.
- Maintain detailed service records of all work performed, including inspections, repairs, chemical treatments, and client interactions.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines during travel between job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain maintenance procedures and provide recommendations for ongoing pool care.
Requirements
- Attendance and Self Accountability are a must in this position. Must be able to work in outdoor work environments and properly maintain a healthy you by hydrating and being well nourished to get through heavy heat.
- Some mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting techniques. (Can train the right candidate during 2 weeks paid training)
- Attention to detail and be able to follow directions for proper water treatment, chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing procedures.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely for equipment and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients, vendors and other personell.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles in a safe manner. (must provide a print out of last three years of driving record)
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
- Prior service technician experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
