Summary
As a Pool Technician at M.E.H. Pools, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing top-notch pool maintenance and repair services. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clients enjoy clean, safe, and well-maintained pools while contributing to our mission of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely to complete repairs and installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their pool needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used during visits.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on-site at various locations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pool maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pool Technician or similar role in the swimming pool industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment and systems.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a casual environment.
- Basic understanding of chemical balancing for pools is preferred but not mandatory.
