Asphalt Paving Estimator / Sales Representative / Excavation / Lakes Region, New Hampshire

Sunday Paving & Sealing Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Asphalt Paving Estimator / Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge and experience in asphalt paving, excavation, site work, concrete, engineering, construction, or related builder trades. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, organized, and enjoys working directly with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to make periodic office and site visits for paperwork and leads
• Meet with residential and commercial customers
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for paving and site work projects
• Evaluate project specifications, measurements, and site conditions
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Follow up on leads and help grow the company
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
• Mark off jobs, give detailed descriptions (sketch) or meet with the paving crew when needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in asphalt paving, excavation, site work, concrete, construction estimating, engineering, or related trades
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and understand project scope
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license required
