Your job? Introduce homeowners to a product they'll love, demonstrate its value, and close the deal.

This isn't your typical door-to-door sales position. We're offering a clear path to a guaranteed weekly base salary, company-generated leads, and six-figure earning potential.

Compensation & Advancement

Phase 1: Commission-Based (First 2–3 Weeks)

• Start earning commissions immediately.
• Receive hands-on product and sales training.
• Work toward your first sales production goal.
• Most successful representatives reach their initial goal within just 2–3 weeks.

Phase 2: $1,200/Week Base Commission

After meeting your first sales goal, you'll become eligible to advance to our base-plus-commission compensation structure.

• $1,200 per week in base pay ($62,400 annualized).
• Additional commissions on closed sales.
• Continued opportunities to increase your earnings as production grows.

Earning Potential

• Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $138,000
• Year 2 On-Target Earnings: $180,000
• Uncapped commission potential.

OTE represents projected earnings for representatives who meet established sales targets. Actual compensation depends on performance. Base-pay advancement is contingent upon meeting the initial sales goal.

Warm, Company-Generated Leads

We don't expect our sales representatives to rely exclusively on knocking doors forever.

After your first two weeks, you'll begin receiving warm, company-generated leads to supplement your self-generated opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospect residential neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing.
• Introduce homeowners to our premium permanent architectural lighting systems.
• Conduct in-person consultations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare estimates, present proposals, and close sales.
• Follow up with interested homeowners and company-generated leads.
• Build relationships with customers and generate referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual sales production goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of previous sales experience.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable approaching homeowners through door-to-door canvassing.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily sales schedule.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home improvement or home services sales.
• Experience selling roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, remodeling, or similar high-ticket services.
• Experience with in-home consultations or outside sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
