Sunday Holiday Lighting is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our rapidly growing sales team during our busiest season of the year.
Our lowest-producing appointment setter currently averages $1,347 per week during peak season. Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more.
No sales experience? No problem. We provide the training, tools, and support you need to start earning.
Compensation & Benefits
- $800/week guaranteed draw against commission

How Our Pay Works:
You'll receive a guaranteed $800 weekly draw against earned commissions. If your earned commissions exceed $800 for the week, you'll receive your commission earnings instead of the draw—not both.
For example:
- Earn $600 in commissions → Receive $800
- Earn $1,200 in commissions → Receive $1,200
- Earn $2,000 in commissions → Receive $2,000
Compensation is calculated weekly and paid biweekly. The $800 draw is an advance against commission earnings, subject to the written compensation agreement and applicable wage laws. Earnings vary based on individual performance.
What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter, you'll represent Sunday Holiday Lighting in residential neighborhoods throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Your responsibilities include:
- Canvassing assigned residential neighborhoods and speaking directly with homeowners
- Distributing door hangers and promotional materials
- Introducing homeowners to our professional Christmas and holiday lighting services
- Providing on-the-spot project estimates and quotes
- Explaining available promotions, installation options, and pricing
- Closing sales and obtaining signed contracts on the spot
- Scheduling customers for installation
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales

- No previous sales experience required
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching homeowners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable walking and working outdoors
- Reliable transportation

Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, appointment setting, solar sales, roofing, pest control, or home improvement sales is a plus—but not required.
