What You’ll Do
Collaborate with a Strong Team
You’ll stay connected with your general manager, supervisor, and teammates to ensure every job is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Everyone contributes, because great service is always a team effort.
Build Your Skillset
From window cleaning and screen repair to pressure washing and other property services, you’ll develop hands-on expertise while creating a positive experience for every customer you serve.
Operate Like a Pro
You’ll keep your tools clean, organized, and ready to go. Attention to detail is key. You’ll also learn our systems and processes—everything from job scope and estimating to equipment and inventory—so everyone stays informed and aligned, from the customer to the office team.
Grow Your Career
You’ll begin as a Window Cleaning Technician with a clear path forward. As you gain experience, you’ll move into a Lead Service Expert role, where you’ll start leading a team. From there, you can advance to Assistant Supervisor and take on broader leadership across multiple teams.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
