Position Overview
As a Window Cleaning Technician, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential windows, window frames, and sills. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical labor, and the ability to provide a friendly and professional experience for every customer.
You’ll work both independently and with teammates to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate ETAs and expectations with customers
- Clean residential and commercial windows, frames, tracks and sills to a high standard
- Use professional window cleaning tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results
- Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, water-fed poles, and tools for hard water removal
- Communicate professionally and positively with customers
- Properly care for and maintain work space (i.e. truck, warehouse ect.) as well as window cleaning equipment
- Work efficiently with teammates to complete scheduled jobs
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy ladders, as well as enter and exit window wells

- Previous window cleaning experience is helpful but not required — training will be provided
- Experience in other hands-on or blue-collar work is a plus
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting equipment throughout the day

Pay: $2,900.00 - $5,000.00 per month
