About The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Property Manager to lead operations, leasing, and resident experience. This is a high-visibility role with direct ownership exposure, where your performance directly drives occupancy, rent growth, and NOI.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the community
- Drive occupancy and achieve market-based rent growth across new leases and renewals
- Lead leasing strategy, tours, follow-up, and closing
- Deliver an exceptional resident and prospect experience across all touchpoints
- Manage rent collections and proactively address delinquencies
- Oversee unit turns and vendor performance to ensure quality and timeliness
- Solicit, analyze, and compare bids for maintenance and capital projects
- Provide clear, data-driven weekly reporting on property performance
- Maintain accurate and compliant lease files and resident records
- Control expenses in alignment with ownership objectives
- Resolve resident concerns quickly and professionally to maintain community reputation
- 3 years of multifamily property management experience
- Proven track record of strong leasing performance and closing ability
- Experience with Resman is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance in a results-focused environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance
- Clear understanding of occupancy, rent roll, collections, and NOI drivers
- Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through
- Professional, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with Resman
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
