Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate sales records and home inventory tracking spreadsheets
- Coordinate documentation, lease execution, and move-in processes with property managers
- Ensure all sales transaction paperwork is completed and compliant with regulations
- Manage home information in company software, including invoices and amenities
- Process title work and coordinate with county offices, lenders, and vendors
- Submit tax payments and coordinate title issuance and delivery
- Handle home registration and removal with relevant agencies
- Support marketing efforts by updating home photos and sales information
- Collaborate with maintenance and accounting teams for vendor payments and parts ordering
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and processes simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
