Job Title: DISHWASHER Rate of Pay: $19.00/Hour Season Ski PassShift: Monday through Sunday, 4 PM-Close or 7 AM-3 PM Must be available to work weekends and holidays FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/HourlyESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Set up dish station to Sundance standards.Take out trash, recycling, and linen.Follow standards to minimize grease going into the plumbing system.Support recycling program.Complete daily cleaning projects.Responsible for keeping kitchen up to sanitary standards by mopping the floor and wash dishes.Restock lines with clean dishes.Assist with food preparation as needed.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
