Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Orlando, FL. The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operational activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Key responsibilities include supervising teams, managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, maintaining compliance with industry standards, optimizing processes for efficiency, and addressing challenges to ensure operational success.
Qualifications
- Operational and project management skills, including workforce supervision, scheduling, and task delegation
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Knowledge of the construction industry and rebar installation is highly preferred
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
