We are currently hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join our team representing AT&T products and services. You’ll be trained in all aspects of sales, account management, and customer relations.
Entry Level Account Manager Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to present and promote AT&T products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Assist with customer onboarding, account updates, and follow-ups
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with team members to achieve individual and group sales goals
- Track and report sales performance and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques
