**Job Summary:**
We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for expanding our client base, fostering relationships with real estate professionals, and increasing market share within our Sarasota and Manatee County offices.

**Responsibilities:** -
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Present and promote our title services to prospective clients through face-to-face meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
- Conduct outbound cold and warm calling campaigns to identify new business opportunities and engage with potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Utilize technical sales skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions using our software and market expertise.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain CRM database accuracy, track sales activities, and generate reports on pipeline.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven sales or business development experience in the title, real estate, or mortgage industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of Florida real estate laws, title procedures, and the local market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel within Florida as needed for client meetings and networking events.
- Proficiency with CRM's.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing, preferred
