Duties
- Conduct regular pool inspections to monitor water quality, chemical levels, and overall condition.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including skimming debris, vacuuming pools, and brushing surfaces to maintain pristine appearance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of pool systems.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and repairs for compliance and quality assurance.
- Assist with opening and closing pools seasonally, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during these procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining maintenance procedures clearly.
- Assist in new pool construction.
Requirements:
- Must have own work vehicle, truck preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair or service technician roles preferred.
- Hands-on experience with pool maintenance, cleaning techniques, and chemical balancing is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools necessary for repairs and routine upkeep.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for recordkeeping.
