**Food Preparation**
- Read food orders and cook the food according to approved recipes and in corporation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Have knowledge of approved recipes and be able to make adjustments based on customer dietary needs and requests.
- Ensure food is safe and high quality, and follow all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
- Ensure workspace and all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Breakdown delivery boxes when needed.
- Empty trash at the end of shift.
- Ensure all stations are properly stocked with necessary supplies at the beginning and end of each shift and event.
- Monitor inventory and communicate to the Kitchen Manager any items that are low in stock and need to be replenished.
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs.
- You may need to deliver food to customer tables if busy.
