This position offers a dynamic schedule designed to maximize each week’s adventure:
- Schedule/Hours:
- Three shifts per week: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- One shift per week: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
You’ll serve as a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Float RN, gaining hands-on experience with diverse patient populations and advancing your clinical expertise by working across different units and campuses—including Methuen and Haverhill. Embracing new workplace strategies and learning from varying leadership approaches will strengthen your adaptability and enrich your nursing practice. Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) and Telemetry experience
- Current ACLS certification (required)
- Experience with float assignments or willingness to float between campuses
- Availability to start on 6/23
- Commitment to a consistent 36-hour workweek
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional bedside care to Med-Surg/Telemetry patients
- Float efficiently between designated campuses as needed for patient coverage
- Accurately monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
