Schedule/Hours
- 2 x 12-hour shifts

- Includes weekend and call rotation

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program (official education verification required)
- Previous experience as an MRI Technologist
- ARRT Radiography registration and ARRT MRI registration required
- Approved BLS certification
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures and related diagnostic imaging under physician order
- Prepare and instruct patients, administering contrast media as needed
- Apply MRI safety principles, manage equipment, and position patients for optimal imaging
- Maintain venous access, practice aseptic techniques, and ensure universal precautions
- Evaluate image quality, retrieve and archive images, and assist physicians during procedures
- Serve as a resource for students and new staff by providing practical instruction
- Utilize radiology information and PACS systems
