- Full-time position
- Weekday, weekend, and holiday call required
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the nursing process using advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in the CVOR
- Deliver age-appropriate care to cardiovascular surgery patients, meeting their biological, emotional, and developmental needs
- Coordinate complex surgical suite activities and direct the team during urgent and emergent situations
- Serve as a circulator or surgical tech during peak surgery hours
- Participate in and coordinate ongoing staff and professional self-development
- Embrace leadership as a role model and team leader, including possible charge nurse responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring the highest standards of patient care
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Previous experience in the Cardiovascular OR setting
- Flexibility to take weekday, weekend, and holiday call
