As a Cath Lab Registered Nurse, you’ll sharpen your skills by collaborating with diverse teams and observing various leadership methodologies. Schedule:
- Day shifts, 4x9hrs, 07:00–16:30
- Variable days, Monday–Friday
- Two on-call shifts per week
- Two weekend on-call shifts per six-week schedule
- On-call coverage for July 4th weekend required
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license with eligibility to practice in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years’ recent Cath Lab experience preferred
- Proficient with cardiac monitoring, circulatory assist devices, and emergency interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care in a fast-paced Cath Lab setting
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
