This engaging position runs from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027, and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in School Psychology
- Active certification or state licensure in School Psychology
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
- Ability to complete district-specific background checks, fingerprinting, and House Bill 486 employment history review
- Flexible, collaborative approach and effective communication skills
- Willingness to undergo an internal “prescreen” interview prior to placement
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and reports
- Develop, implement, and review interventions and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling
- Support data-driven decision making for student interventions and progress monitoring
- Maintain detailed records while ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Engage in professional development as needed
