Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience within a school environment preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt approaches for each student

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and provide progress updates as required
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student growth
