Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and active California SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Previous experience working in CA schools is highly desirable
- Bilingual English/Spanish abilities preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, families, and staff
- Capability to adapt to varying caseloads and school site assignments

- Strong assessment and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate case documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as needed
