Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• School-based or pediatric experience highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting students’ academic and personal growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct intervention services in one-on-one and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress
• Document evaluations, session notes, and progress reports in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute professional insight, and advocate for appropriate services
• Provide resources and training to teachers and caregivers to promote student success
