School-Based Speech Language Pathologist
Galena, MO | 32.5 Hours/Week | 2026–2027 School Year
Looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who wants a consistent schedule, a manageable caseload, and strong work-life balance.
This role is based in Galena, MO and supports students from early childhood through high school at one school site. You’ll work as part of an IEP team providing evaluations, therapy, and collaboration to help students improve communication and access the classroom.
Schedule
- 32.5 hours/week
- 4-day school week (Tuesday–Friday)
- Full 2026–2027 school year
What you’ll do
- Conduct evaluations and develop IEP-aligned therapy plans
- Provide direct speech and language services across grade levels
- Track progress and update goals as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
- Participate in team meetings (paid indirect time included)
- Maintain compliant documentation
What we’re looking for
- Active Missouri SLP license
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Experience working with a range of student needs (EC–high school)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
